Sagar Ahuja

CEO, QX Accounting Services

Sagar Ahuja, an ACCA qualified chartered Accountant and an MBA from Cardiff University, UK, has over 16 years of leadership experience in finance and accounts outsourcing. An accounting outsourcing evangelist, his views and opinions have been covered in reputed international magazines and publications for accountants.

He has a successful and proven track record of spearheading the development of multidisciplinary teams that are committed to client servicing, establishing business and stakeholder objectives while delivering growth and profitability.

Over the years, he has worked very closely with Partners and Directors of Large, Medium and Small Accounting Firms while establishing their business processes successfully, and helping them to make outsourcing an integral part of their practice.

At QX, he is a board member and leads QX Accounting Services’ efforts to grow its presence across target geographies with a robust, reputable, and sustainable business footprint while establishing QXAS as the go-to accounting outsourcing services provider for clients.

Pom Chakravarti

Group CEO, QX Global Group

Pom Chakravarti is the Group CEO of QX Global Group, responsible for setting and evolving the strategic direction of the company while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. With nearly two decades of experience in the Shared Services and Global Business Services (GBS) industry, Pom has a proven track record of driving business transformation, spearheading geographic expansion, and managing successful acquisitions.

Pom joined QX in 2005 and has held multiple roles within the group’s businesses in the UK, India, and Ireland. His career at QX began with roles in service delivery operations, progressing to support and lead various business functions before stepping into a strategic role. In his previous role as Chief Strategy Officer, Pom was instrumental in working closely with the Group CEO and the QX Board to focus on business strategies, client solutions, and M&A opportunities.

Pom’s expertise includes designing solutions that accelerate growth through efficient operating models, helping clients overcome challenges in setting up GBS or Shared Service teams. He frequently speaks at industry forums in the UK, sharing insights on outsourcing and business transformation.

Pom is a management graduate with a specialization in Finance & Marketing. Based in our London office since 2017, he continues to drive QX’s strategic growth ambitions while providing consulting and advisory support to clients ranging from partners at accountancy firms to CFOs and CXO-level executives in mid-to-large enterprises.

Frank Robinson

Executive Board Director

Frank Robinson is the Executive Board Director at QX Global Group, where he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and governance. Previously, Frank served as the Group CEO, leading the Executive Board and senior leadership team in the day-to-day running of the company, consistent with the strategy and commercial objectives set by the Board.

Frank joined QX Global Group in January 2019 as Group Commercial Director, bringing extensive experience from senior sales and marketing roles in the UK’s largest and fastest-growing food businesses, where he served at the Board level for 15 years. He was promoted to Group CEO in October 2019 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expansion.

Frank graduated from Sheffield City Polytechnic with a BTEC in Business Studies and later earned an Executive MBA from ECR Europe’s Progressive Management Programme, studying at prestigious institutions including INSEAD, Paris; Wharton University, Pennsylvania; St Gallen University, Switzerland; MSU, Germany; and London Business School.

Frank lives in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, with his wife, Amanda. He is an avid cook and enjoys hosting dinners for friends. He follows his father’s keen interest in distance walking and is a long-suffering Leeds United fan. In his spare time, you can often find him riding his vintage Lambretta scooter around the seafront.

Bhavik Mehta

SVP, UK & Ireland Operations

Bhavik Mehta is a seasoned operations and sales expert with many years of demonstrable expertise in managing the demanding finance and accounting needs of diverse clients. His deep-seated proficiency in accounting practices and multi-geography tax legislation enables him to understand the requirements of clients across geographies and deliver customized finance and accounting solutions with an eye on business productivity and profitability.

His professional expertise straddles operations, business development and client relationship management and this allows him to bridge the gap between client expectations and delivery.

At QXAS, he works with accounting firms and practices in the UK, US, Ireland, Canada and Australia to connect them with an outsourced team of accounting and tax experts who act as an extension of their internal team.

Niraj Mehta

SVP, USA Operations

Niraj is a qualified Chartered Accountant and CPA with over 20 years of experience across the Tax, Accounting, and Financial Services sectors. He currently leads the US operations at QX Accounting Services, with a focus on driving growth, building strong client partnerships, and scaling delivery for accounting firms across the region. In addition to operational leadership, Niraj plays a key role in introducing technology-enabled solutions that enhance service quality and support the evolving needs of clients.

Prior to QX, Niraj spent 13 years at KPMG, where he led engagements across the UK, US, and India, advising clients in Taxation, Audit, and Financial Services. For 2 years, he also served as the operational head for the TaxAssist Master Franchise in Canada, awarded to QX by the TaxAssist Group, where he was instrumental in establishing and scaling the brand locally.

With a deep understanding of accounting operations and a passion for innovation, Niraj has helped firms streamline processes through automation, cloud integration, and workflow optimization. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt Champion and EGMP alumnus of IIM-Bangalore, he brings expertise in strategic planning, change management, and business transformation.

Outside of work, Niraj enjoys playing cricket and chess, practicing yoga, and exploring South Indian cuisine.

Mike Walton

SVP, Strategic Growth

Mike Walton is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience establishing outstanding relationships with C-level decision-makers throughout the region and consistently driving steady business growth. 

Mike’s understanding of the unique needs of businesses, especially in the accounting sector, empowers him to present solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations, fostering successful and enduring professional relationships.  

At QXAS, his primary objective is to connect CPAs and accounting firms with the most streamlined, efficient, and cost-effective solutions via tailored engagement models to address talent shortages, catering to both immediate requirements and long-term strategic goals. 

Pramith Naidu

VP, New Business & Client Relations

Pramith is an accounting and payroll professional with focused expertise in helping companies effectively manage and optimize their bottom line.

With more than 9 years of experience of working with Payroll and Accounting companies, he has developed a solid understanding of their pain points and offer solutions that successfully tie in with their needs, requirements, and expectations. With a Lean Six Sigma certification under his belt, he is also an expert in optimising processes and making them leaner and stronger to drive business efficiency.

At QXAS, his core focus is to align accountants and payroll companies including those offering umbrella services and international contractor payroll with the most efficient, effective and affordable Accounting and Payroll services, through a custom engagement model that caters to both immediate and long-term needs.

Trevor Morlock

VP, Client Success 

Trevor is a seasoned sales and business management professional with over a decade of experience and focused expertise in helping companies effectively optimize their performance. 

With a strong academic background in Business Management & Marketing and a Mini MBA, Trevor has honed his expertise in business development and strategic sales. His certifications in B2B Sales Strategy and Executive Presence further underscore his commitment to mastering the art of effective business communication and leadership. 

Over the years, Trevor has developed a keen understanding of the challenges businesses face in optimizing their sales performance. He has a proven track record of providing effective solutions that align with their unique needs and drive business efficiency.

CORA VOLLMAR

VP, Growth

Cora Vollmar is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, operations, talent management, and business development. Her career began in the construction sector, where she quickly established herself as a leader, achieving triple-digit growth with her CPA team. Cora’s extensive experience includes recruiting for finance and accounting roles, developing innovative STEM-driven solutions to address the U.S. talent deficit, and leading capacity panel discussions across the country.

Recognized as a member of one of America’s fastest-growing construction companies by the Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years, Cora’s expertise and passion for growth are evident in every aspect of her work. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic approach to QX Global Group, where she is poised to make a significant impact.

When she’s not working, Cora is an avid traveler with a love for exploring new cultures. She has visited Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, the UK, and Central America, with plans to visit Ireland in 2025.

CRAIG CHATWIN

Director, Strategic Growth

Craig Chatwin is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in driving growth, strategic transformation, and operational excellence. With a background that includes senior roles such as Partner and Head of Tax for Scotland and COO of an accountancy and wealth management firm, Craig has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead teams, implement technological innovations, and achieve significant growth targets.

Craig’s extensive experience includes serving on the UK Tax Board, where he was responsible for scaling tax revenues and enhancing personalized client service through cutting-edge technology. He is dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture, mentoring leaders, and expanding QX Accounting Services’ footprint across the UK.

Outside of work, Craig is actively involved in the community, serving as a Trustee for several organizations and contributing his expertise to drive strategic development and financial governance.

NICHOLAS RADANOVICH

Director of Business Development

Nicholas is a results-oriented executive with deep expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and client success across the accounting, real estate, and technology sectors. He has a proven track record of accelerating revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and building trusted relationships with executive leadership teams. His leadership style is rooted in strategic execution, data-driven insight, and collaborative problem-solving.

Throughout his career, Nicholas has held senior roles at leading international firms, where he consistently surpassed sales targets, advised enterprise CFOs, and developed key relationships in the commercial real estate and financial services industries. His experience includes managing multi-national teams, leading business analysis for Fortune 500 clients, and delivering scalable solutions that drive long-term value.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Nicholas is an avid traveler and sports enthusiast who values quality time with family. He actively participates in local sports leagues and supports various charitable initiatives within his community.

Viral Shah

VP, Accounting Operations

Viral has over 20+ years of experience in the accounting industry, the majority of which was spent at the confluence of accounting and outsourcing. He has gained deep insights into the needs of accounting firms and outsourcing solutions that can be tailored to meet the needs in an ROI driven manner.

At QXAS, he leads the Operations division with workflow management, coordinating with teams from the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, and Australia to satisfy the resource requirements of accounting clients and deliver quality services in a time-bound manner. Viral ensures the team meets the monthly targets and focuses on achieving the highest standards of performance for the Operations team. Utilizing his extensive experience of managing 500+ clients’ practice for one of the UK accounting firms during his tenure with QX, he understands the service requirements better for other accounting firms, so he also liaises with prospects and ensures QXAS makes available a solution that perfectly satisfies their demands and expectations.

Amit Pathak

VP, Accounting Operations

Amit has more than 20 years of experience, with 18 years spent in UK accounting outsourcing. He is an out-and-out process man, and his forte is setting up a client delivery process, enabling clients to maximize value from their association with QX Accounting Services.

At QX, Amit’s key responsibility is to establish a comprehensive quality control process that includes set up, monitoring and control.  He is the bridge between clients and the operations team, ensuring seamless delivery and expectation management. In addition, he drives process documentation and reviews and mentoring and guiding all stakeholders to adhere to strict quality control standards.

He’s the gatekeeper of quality at QXAS.
