It was a splendid 4th of July for us; and that’s because we redecorated one of our delivery centers in India over the national holiday. Accounting is often seen as a serious, intensive profession – one that involves spending a lot of time right in front of the computer. The concept of fun isn’t exactly associated with this profession – at least not during the busy tax season. We at QXAS Inc want to change that. In a bid to enliven the working spaces and to keep the team members motivated, we decided to refurbish our Ahmedabad office. An article by Business.com states there is a direct correlation between office design and employee productivity. Keeping that in mind, the QX design team created motivational quotes, peppy accounting illustrations and an imposing skyline of the US among many other artworks for the office. The design and messaging are consistent with the QXAS Inc brand and the results are fabulous. With QXAS Inc experiencing tremendous expansion this year, it was the right time to spruce up the office space and create an atmosphere of positivity, warmth and team work.
