Sagar Ahuja, an ACCA qualified chartered Accountant and an MBA from Cardiff University, UK, has over 16 years of leadership experience in finance and accounts outsourcing. An accounting outsourcing evangelist, his views and opinions have been covered in reputed international magazines and publications for accountants.
He has a successful and proven track record of spearheading the development of multidisciplinary teams that are committed to client servicing, establishing business and stakeholder objectives while delivering growth and profitability.
Over the years, he has worked very closely with Partners and Directors of Large, Medium and Small Accounting Firms while establishing their business processes successfully, and helping them to make outsourcing an integral part of their practice.
At QX, he is a board member and leads QX Accounting Services’ efforts to grow its presence across target geographies with a robust, reputable, and sustainable business footprint while establishing QXAS as the go-to accounting outsourcing services provider for clients.
Having been with QX Global Group since 2005, Pom has worked on multiple group businesses across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. He works closely with the teams in the UK and India. He possesses strong and varied experience in driving an overall project including process efficiencies through automation, payroll and accounts, compliance and building relations with recruitment agencies supplying temporary workers.
Pom is actively involved in speaking at forums, participating in multiple industry round table discussions, HMRC officials and consulting the Big 4 to ensure QX Global Group is a step ahead of the game as the employment tax is quite a tricky region to deal in.
His knack for handling different businesses such as payroll solutions, managed services and back office solutions with ease has helped QX Global Group mark a strong presence across these business areas.
Accountants through its office in Ahmedabad, India. An ICAEW-qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, Chris qualified with KPMG and was in practice for over 20 years. He ran Business Solutions (Northern) Limited, providing accounting and part time FD services to owner-managed businesses in the Yorkshire area. From there he spent three years as a Finance Director of an AIM-listed ISP.
In 2002, he was a founding member of the team to take over JCJ (now HCL Doctors), a specialist locum recruitment agency, which he grew from a turnover of £1 million to £30 million within 3 years.
Frank Robinson is the Executive Board Director at QX Global Group, where he plays a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and governance. Previously, Frank served as the Group CEO, leading the Executive Board and senior leadership team in the day-to-day running of the company, consistent with the strategy and commercial objectives set by the Board.
Frank joined QX Global Group in January 2019 as Group Commercial Director, bringing extensive experience from senior sales and marketing roles in the UK’s largest and fastest-growing food businesses, where he served at the Board level for 15 years. He was promoted to Group CEO in October 2019 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expansion.
Frank graduated from Sheffield City Polytechnic with a BTEC in Business Studies and later earned an Executive MBA from ECR Europe’s Progressive Management Programme, studying at prestigious institutions including INSEAD, Paris; Wharton University, Pennsylvania; St Gallen University, Switzerland; MSU, Germany; and London Business School.
Frank lives in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, with his wife, Amanda. He is an avid cook and enjoys hosting dinners for friends. He follows his father’s keen interest in distance walking and is a long-suffering Leeds United fan. In his spare time, you can often find him riding his vintage Lambretta scooter around the seafront.
Bhavik Mehta is a seasoned operations and sales expert with many years of demonstrable expertise in managing the demanding finance and accounting needs of diverse clients. His deep-seated proficiency in accounting practices and multi-geography tax legislation enables him to understand the requirements of clients across geographies and deliver customized finance and accounting solutions with an eye on business productivity and profitability.
His professional expertise straddles operations, business development and client relationship management and this allows him to bridge the gap between client expectations and delivery.

Niraj is a qualified Chartered Accountant who is innovative and passionate about using technology to enhance the client experience in the Tax & Accounting industry. His goal is to help accountants set up a “Practice of the Future” by introducing cutting-edge solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency.
One of his primary areas of focus at QX is to develop cloud integration services to fulfil end-to-end client needs. This allows for seamless access and collaboration on client files, as well as enhanced security and data backup.
He is committed to providing automation solutions to our clients by designing automated workflow and resource management platforms that facilitate streamlined and efficient tax preparation. He is also passionate about providing innovative solutions that optimize business operations using smart technology.
With nearly two decades of successful experience in various roles within professional service organizations, including 13 years at KPMG, he has served clients across Taxation, Auditing, and Financial services domains in the UK, US, and India. He excels in evaluating and implementing business transformation initiatives and advising professionals on their effective deployment. Furthermore, he has two years of operational experience leading the TaxAssist Master Franchise in Canada, which was awarded to QX by the TaxAssist Group.
A certified Six Sigma Green Belt Champion and EGMP-certified professional from the prestigious IIM-B, he has been actively involved in leading strategic initiatives, driving change management programs, and optimizing operations.

At QXAS, he leads the Operations division with workflow management, coordinating with teams from the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, and Australia to satisfy the resource requirements of accounting clients and deliver quality services in a time-bound manner. Viral ensures the team meets the monthly targets and focuses on achieving the highest standards of performance for the Operations team. Utilizing his extensive experience of managing 500+ clients’ practice for one of the UK accounting firms during his tenure with QX, he understands the service requirements better for other accounting firms, so he also liaises with prospects and ensures QXAS makes available a solution that perfectly satisfies their demands and expectations.
Amit has more than 20 years of experience, with 18 years spent in UK accounting outsourcing. He is an out-and-out process man, and his forte is setting up a client delivery process, enabling clients to maximize value from their association with QX Accounting Services.
At QX, Amit’s key responsibility is to establish a comprehensive quality control process that includes set up, monitoring and control. He is the bridge between clients and the operations team, ensuring seamless delivery and expectation management.
