QX appears on IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100 list for the fourth time

Growing a global company is no easy task. So to be named on 2017 Global Outsourcing 100® list by IAOP for the fourth time is testament to the work of our 700+ global team, doing some of the best work of their careers to help businesses across the world thrive.

THE IAOP 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 list

IAOP’s Global Outsourcing 100 list, which is now entering its twelfth year, recognises the world’s best outsourcing service providers.  It is considered the global BPO industry’s most respected benchmark for excellence in outsourcing service delivery, with over 120,000 members worldwide.

The list is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.

QX on the list for the fourth time

QX was started 13 years ago to help clients improve operational business performance while reducing costs and risks.  As a company we are proud to be named one of the best in the world and we will continue to pursue our agenda to become a leader in business process outsourcing services, and achieve our mission of reducing costs and driving efficiencies.

QX has grown in those 13 years to deliver quality services to a customer base from across the world with clients from the UK, the USA, India, Canada, Australia and Singapore. We are also growing our presence in the Netherlands, Germany, France, the UAE, China and Hong Kong.

QX MD, Rajiv Bhatia, said, “It is an honour to again receive this prestigious distinction from the IAOP.  We have continued to work hard to achieve the best from our management and employees since appearing for the third time in the last year to ensure our customers receive an exemplary service. We are extremely pleased that our efforts have been rewarded and we have again been named among 2017’s best outsourcing service providers.”

Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO said, “Now, more than ever, outsourcing end users need to be able to easily identify and select the right company for their outsourcing needs,” said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO and Global Outsourcing 100 co-judging chair. “It is great recognition being named to The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors lists. Given the strong, global competition, these companies should be proud of achieving excellence in the field.”

We’re thrilled to receive this recognitions. Congratulations to all the people who made it to the top list.
