QXAS Tracker is here

Today we are excited to announce that out fantastic new job tracking app, QXAS Tracker, is live in the app stores for our customers.

Manage all your tasks from your smartphone

In these days of instant communication, it didn’t make sense for our customers to either wait for their daily report or email/ring us to find out the status of their work.  For example, if they had their client on the phone, they needed to be able to instantly update them.

Our solution – the QXAS Tracker provides instant access to the status of every job we are working on for them – anywhere, any time.

So, what does it do?

Version 1 of our app is a dedicated task tracking tool. With the QXAS Tracker customers can simply log-in to their account and see the progress of jobs through these key stages:

  • Current jobs
  • Completed jobs
  • On-hold jobs

By using this app, they can know instantly the status of jobs and pass the information to their customers immediately. This removes the hassle of emailing or ringing us and enables them to provide an enhanced service to their customers. Now the status of their outsourced tasks is visible in real time.

To complement the tracking feature, there is a simple form that they can use to raise job-specific queries. They can also search and filter jobs by code, name, status and dates we received them.

It’s simple, functional, and best of all completely free for all QXAS clients.

Get it now – secure and in control

As with everything associated with QXAS, security is paramount and access is controlled with encrypted passwords.
