Gaurav is an experienced U.S tax professional with over 11 years of expertise in tax compliance, advisory, and global delivery management. As VP – US Tax at QX Global Group, he leads the firm’s strategy to expand and deepen partnerships with CPA firms across the US, while strengthening QX’s delivery capabilities in India. Before joining QX, Gaurav served as a Senior Manager at EY, where he worked closely with large asset management firms, private equity clients, and corporations on complex tax engagements. He has a strong background in scaling tax operations, managing large compliance engagements, and delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. He holds a B.Com from Christ University, Bangalore, and a PGDM from AIMA, Delhi. He is also a licensed U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA). Known for his collaborative leadership style and process-driven approach, Gaurav is passionate about building high-performing tax teams and helping clients transform the way they deliver tax services. Based currently in Hyderabad, he works closely with QX’s global leadership to support the firm’s growth, quality, and innovation in the U.S. tax space.

Nicholas is a results-oriented executive with deep expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, and client success across the accounting, real estate, and technology sectors. He has a proven track record of accelerating revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and building trusted relationships with executive leadership teams. His leadership style is rooted in strategic execution, data-driven insight, and collaborative problem-solving. Throughout his career, Nicholas has held senior roles at leading international firms, where he consistently surpassed sales targets, advised enterprise CFOs, and developed key relationships in the commercial real estate and financial services industries. His experience includes managing multi-national teams, leading business analysis for Fortune 500 clients, and delivering scalable solutions that drive long-term value. Outside of his professional pursuits, Nicholas is an avid traveler and sports enthusiast who values quality time with family. He actively participates in local sports leagues and supports various charitable initiatives within his community.
