QX Expands Global Operations with a Near Shore Center of Excellence in Mexico

Following our acquisition of Austin, Texas-based Chazey Partner Inc., we are thrilled to announce the expansion of QX’s footprint into Latin America with the launch of our nearshore global center of excellence in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The expansion will allow us to leverage the immense potential Mexico offers as well as the talent base. We expect to hire over 100 professionals during the current financial year, with our teams providing business process outsourcing, consulting and advisory services to our clients in the North American and European markets. There is potential for the creation of many more jobs locally, given the availability of a strong talent pool of young bilingual professionals and an established BPO/SSC market in Mexico.

Our Guadalajara office now joins seven global delivery centers, including Mumbai, Noida, Vadodara, Hyderabad and two in Ahmedabad, India.

This office will bring together QX and Chazey’s Mexico team under one roof. Employees will be able to share knowledge and collaborate to deliver transformative solutions to better support its global clients.
